Lessons for People with Disabilities

Museum Education is a comprehensive initiative aimed at making the Archaeological and Historical Museum in Stargard accessible to all visitors by tailoring its educational and cultural offerings to various groups, with a particular focus on individuals with specific needs. This includes people with intellectual disabilities (of varying degrees), mobility, vision, and hearing impairments, as well as others with disabilities or within the autism spectrum. Our activities also target groups that, due to age and health conditions, require a personalized approach when planning a visit to the museum.

Our workshop offerings are designed for people with all kinds of disabilities and life challenges. The Bastei building is equipped with an elevator and a quiet corner with noise-canceling headphones. We also regularly extend our educational and project activities into the city space. We collaborate with centers, institutions, associations, schools, and other organizations.
