Information Clause in Accordance with GDPR

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, we inform you that:

1. The administrator processing your personal data is the Archaeological and Historical Museum, located at Rynek Staromiejski 2-4, Stargard (postal code: 73-110), phone: +48 91 577 25 56, email: info@muzeum-stargard.pl.

2. The museum has appointed a Data Protection Officer, Mr. Damian Szmit, email: iod@data.pl.

3. Your personal data will be processed to enable participation in competitions and cultural-educational events organized by the Archaeological and Historical Museum in Stargard, as well as for purchasing, receiving donations, and making entries in inventory books and museum documentation.

4. The recipients of your personal data will only be institutions authorized by law.

5. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

6. Due to statutory activities, your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill a contract or provide a service. The processing period may be extended by the limitation period for claims if data processing is necessary to assert or defend claims. After this period, your data will be processed only to the extent and for the duration required by law.

7. You have the right to request access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object to processing, transfer data, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO) if you believe that the processing violates the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

9. Providing your personal data is a condition for participating in competitions and cultural-educational events organized by the Archaeological and Historical Museum in Stargard, as well as for purchasing, receiving donations, and making entries in inventory books and museum documentation.

10. You are required to provide your data, and failure to do so will result in the inability to participate in events and competitions.

11. The processing of your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016
